Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Most domestic orders arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment, for a total estimated delivery of about 1-2 weeks from your order date.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Restorely is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
P.O. Boxes
Some carriers may have limitations when delivering to P.O. boxes. We recommend using a residential or business address whenever possible.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Restorely is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs delays, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us at hello@getrestorely.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective. Email hello@getrestorely.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can help resolve the issue.
