Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard U.S. shipping is free on every order. No minimum purchase is required.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery

Most domestic orders arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment. Including processing time, please allow about 1-2 weeks from your order date. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. Restorely is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Lost, delayed, damaged, or incorrect orders

If tracking shows a significant delay, contact the carrier first, then email hello@getrestorely.com and we will do our best to help. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact hello@getrestorely.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
