Can I take Sleep Strips and Sleep Formula on the same night?

No. Both contain melatonin. Choose one format per night, follow that product's label, and do not combine them.

What's the difference between Sleep Strips and Sleep Formula?

Sleep Strips are a 1 mg melatonin oral strip that dissolves on the tongue — no water needed, raspberry flavor, 30 per pack. Sleep Formula is a 2 mg melatonin two-capsule serving with valerian root, GABA, L-tryptophan, chamomile, lemon balm, and passion flower — 60 capsules, 30 servings.

Can I use Sleep Plus Collagen Cream with either melatonin product?

Yes — the cream is for external use only (face and/or neck) and is a separate, optional step from your chosen melatonin format. Each 1/4 tsp contains 2.4 mg melatonin.

Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on every order, no minimum purchase required. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, with delivery in about 1-2 weeks total from order date.

What is your return policy?
