Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 5 business days and notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. To qualify, the item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after your return has been approved. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
